Marble Surface
Geometric Bunny.jpg

A shape is a two dimensional area that may be open or closed, free-from, or geometric.

A geometric shape is characterized by or decorated with regular lines and shapes.

An organic shape is characterized by an irregular or asymmetrical form, usually associated with the natural world.

The shapes I used to make my bunny were circles and a triangle.

Shape is a two dimensional area that may be open or closed, free-from or geometric. Shape is defined by the line. It can be found in nature or made by humans

My process of creating my self-portrait was pretty tedious as I had first begun with a completely different picture. After switching pictures though, I began with my face, hair, and then dress. After outlining and filling those, I tried working on my nose, lips, eyebrows, and eyes. Once I was done with those, I didn't exactly like how my eyes, lips, and nose looked except for my eyebrows.

From this assignment, I had learned that Adobe Illustrator is pretty hard to work on and those who can work on it with no problem are very talented and hard working.

There isn't anything in particular that I would like my audience to notice other than the fact that it was a lot of work and patience

There are many things I believe I can improve on but one thing specifically I would like to work on right now would be patience since my self-portrait was very frustrating.

Something I learned about shapes is that they are both easy and hard to use. I also found that using the anchor points to make the shapes was easier than using the pencil tool.

The process of making my cartoon was fairly easy compared to making my self portrait since I'm now familiar with using everything. I had first began with outlining and filling the legs and clothes. Then I worked on the hands. Afterwards, I worked on outlining the the face. Lastly, I worked the head and hair.

I learned that the more I became familiar with working on Adobe, it was easier for me to use making my work come out faster compared to when I first began.

Next time, I will find a more complicated cartoon for me to work on so I can compare it to my previous works/assignments.

There isn't anything in particular that I would like my audience to notice other than the fact that it isn't perfect but it could be.

The changes I've made were the colors of my cartoon and the background.

I don't really have any reason as to why I chose these certain colors besides the fact that I just wanted my cartoon to look more odd and weird with the colors I chose.

I've learned that with color theory, it really helps express what you feel or understand the meaning of an image better through the colors but I didn't use any specific or kind of color theory for my revision. I kind of just chose whichever colors I thought would make my cartoon look somewhat drastically different.
